We dispatch from Tydd Gote, near Wisbech, Monday to Friday. Small items ordered before 1pm on a working day normally go out the same day. Large machines, installed versions and service or inspection visits are booked in by phone so that we can arrange a suitable date with you.

United Kingdom, heavy machines
Machines of 100kg or more, delivered and installed versions, and service or inspection visits, are UK mainland only. Heavy machines are delivered on a tail lift vehicle for a flat charge of £149, or you can collect free of charge from our premises at Tydd Gote by appointment. Our team calls you by phone to book a suitable delivery date and to check access at your site.
International delivery
Machines of 100kg or more, installed versions and service visits are not available outside the UK. Smaller items can be sent internationally, with charges worked out from the total weight of your order.

Import duty and local taxes
Orders sent outside the UK do not include import duty, local VAT or sales tax. These are set by your own government and are collected by the courier on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. You are the importer of record for these purposes.
Access and site survey
Before we book a heavy machine or an installed version, we ask about access at your premises, including doorways, steps, gradient and where the tail lift vehicle can park. Where a machine will be installed, we also carry out a floor and site survey. See our before you buy page for what this covers.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a parcel or machine is damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork or tell the driver, and email us photographs within 48 hours. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 working days in the UK, or 15 working days elsewhere, contact us and we will chase it.
