Delivery installation and use

Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Use rated axle stands on firm level ground. Everything we sell is used in our own workshop first. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, trade customers get account pricing and thirty day terms, and returns are accepted within thirty days if the item is unused and in its packaging. If a tool fails in normal use within the warranty, we replace it rather than argue about it. We supply workshop equipment to independent garages, tyre and MOT centres, fleet workshops and home mechanics, and we install and service what we sell. We describe each machine by what it is built to do rather than by brochure numbers, and we will tell you if a cheaper machine suits your work better.
