Book online and we confirm a date within two working days. Everything we sell is used in our own workshop first. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, trade customers get account pricing and thirty day terms, and returns are accepted within thirty days if the item is unused and in its packaging. If a tool fails in normal use within the warranty, we replace it rather than argue about it.
