Delivery installation and use

Every piece is listed individually on the tray card; we do not count bits and adaptors to inflate the total. Everything we sell is used in our own workshop first. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, trade customers get account pricing and thirty day terms, and returns are accepted within thirty days if the item is unused and in its packaging. If a tool fails in normal use within the warranty, we replace it rather than argue about it. We supply workshop equipment to independent garages, tyre and MOT centres, fleet workshops and home mechanics, and we install and service what we sell.
