Delivery installation and use

A torque wrench is a measuring instrument. Store click wrenches wound down to their lowest setting, never use one to undo a fastener, and have it calibrated at least once a year or every 5,000 cycles, whichever comes first. Everything we sell is used in our own workshop first. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, trade customers get account pricing and thirty day terms, and returns are accepted within thirty days if the item is unused and in its packaging. If a tool fails in normal use within the warranty, we replace it rather than argue about it.
